Returns & Exchanges

Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives at our central warehouse unopened and in its original condition. Products marked with the product type: without packaging, tester & no lid are excluded from return! You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period ends fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have physically taken possession of the last goods. The return shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods after the withdrawal period. The return costs shall be borne 100% by the buyer.

Goods that are returned despite a clear definition of the conditions for return & exchange will not be refunded.

Original condition means: The packaging, i.e. the plastic film or the quality seal, has not been opened or removed! Products marked without packaging, tester & no lid are generally excluded from exchange and will therefore not be taken back or refunded under any circumstances.

It is important to us to provide clarity: As a retailer, we have no control over the composition or ingredients of the perfumes. Manufacturers are constantly tweaking and changing their formulas, often in response to legislation or for other company-specific reasons. While we understand that this can be frustrating for consumers at times, manufacturers are not required to publicize changes in ingredients, which is why we as retailers are not informed.

Similarly, manufacturers occasionally change packaging and bottle designs, often without prior notice. Therefore, the product image in our store may not always correspond exactly to the actual bottle or packaging design supplied. We make every effort to keep our images up to date to give you as accurate an idea of the products as possible.

Understandably, it may be disappointing if a perfume does not match the expected scent or is perceived differently than before. However, we would like to emphasize that once products have been opened - i.e. after the plastic film or the seal of approval has been removed - they cannot be returned. This also applies if customers have the subjective impression that the product has a different fragrance. As a retailer, we have no control over the production processes and can therefore accept no responsibility for such changes. We would like to emphasize once again that we only sell 100% original products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) sent by post to XXL Parfum GmbH, Solothurnstrasse 31, 3303 Jegenstorf, Switzerland. by telephone on +41 61 487 87 87 or by e-mail to info@xxl-parfum.ch. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Returns must also be sent to the above address.
