If you select the "leave at door" shipping option, the shipment is considered delivered as soon as Planzer issues a delivery confirmation. In this case, XXL-Parfum assumes no liability for shipments that go missing after delivery confirmation has been issued.

Delivery requiring a signature:
Upon request, you can choose delivery requiring a signature—free of charge, with no additional fee. In this case, the package will be handed over in person upon signature.

Priority – Priority Processing:
For an additional fee of CHF 3, this option shortens the stated delivery time by 1–2 days. Can be combined with delivery requiring a signature.

Delivery time:
The delivery time for each product is displayed directly in the product overview. Please note that partial deliveries are not made if delivery times vary. In such cases, the shipping date is based on the product with the longest delivery time. Important: For orders paid in advance, the specified delivery time begins upon receipt of payment. Delivery times may be delayed on weekends and holidays.
