JRL EZ GAP FADE Klinge für diamante clipper

The JRL EZ-GAP FADE blade for the Diamante Clipper is a professional, high-end replacement blade designed specifically for hairstylists and barbers who demand absolute perfection in skin transitions, skin fades, and ultra-precise detail work. This blade is perfectly matched to the JRL Diamante Clipper and takes the clipper’s cutting performance to a whole new level.

Its standout feature is the innovative EZ-GAP system: It allows for effortless, precise, and safe adjustment of the blade to “zero-gap” (0.0 mm cutting length) without the risk of injuring the client’s scalp. Made from extremely durable, coated high-quality steel, the blade stays noticeably cooler during continuous use thanks to JRL’s patented “Stay-Cool” technology and retains its extreme sharpness many times longer than conventional clipper heads. The flat geometry of the fade blade ensures that hair is cut extremely close to the skin, guaranteeing seamless, photo-ready transitions.

Features:

Professional high-performance fade replacement blade
Specially designed for the JRL Diamante Clipper
Innovative EZ-GAP system for the perfect, secure zero-gap setting
Patented “Stay-Cool” technology keeps the blade noticeably cooler
Flat fade geometry for extremely close cuts and perfect blends
Made from high-quality, wear-resistant, and rust-proof stainless steel
Gentle on the scalp—minimizes skin irritation and nicks
Ideal for skin fades, transitions, and precise line work

Usage:

Carefully unscrew the old blade from the JRL Diamante Clipper
Attach the new EZ-GAP blade and use the EZ-GAP tool to precisely adjust it to the desired zero gap
Tighten the screws and oil the blade before using it on a customer for the first time
Clean with a cleaning brush after every haircut

Care/Note:

For professional use only in salons or barbershops.
To maintain the Stay-Cool properties and extreme sharpness over the long term, the blade must be cleaned regularly and oiled before each use.

Our Tip:
The EZ-GAP Fade Blade is an absolute game-changer for all barbers who often shy away from manually adjusting blades to zero-gap because they’re afraid the blade will “bite” (injure the skin). With the EZ-GAP system, the blade can be calibrated so precisely that you can achieve maximum skin contact without applying pressure, even on sensitive scalps in the nape and temple areas. For the perfect transition: Use the blade when blending the shave line (from the bald spot to the transition) with a light “scoop” motion (C-motion). Thanks to its flat shape, the razor cuts the hair so cleanly that you’ll save a tremendous amount of time in your daily salon routine, as tedious touch-ups with the trimmer are almost completely eliminated.
